General Inquiry: Questions or comments regarding General, Custom, Bridal, Order info:
Please include full name, address, item name inquiring about, (order date & Paypal Trans. ID if applicable). Catalog Request, Wholesale: Sorry, We do not have a physical paper catalog and we currently don't offer wholesale.
Custom & Altered Order: If you are inquiring about a Custom Order or Gallery Alteration, please be specific in your order inquiry and include the Item name, any changes in color or size, any other desires, Deadline for your special event if applicable, your name & Full Shipping address & Country.
Order Payments: We accept paypal for all US & some International countries. Orders placed through the site will redirect to our paypal payment page. International orders can only pay via our Paypal checkout or US money Orders. For US, if for some reason you do not wish to utelize paypal for payment, let us know & we will either send you info for Ordering w/CC & sending your order info via fax (only for US orders), or send you info for sending a US Money Order. Please specify which payment method you would like to use if inquiring about Custom, Gallery Alterations, or Bridal.

Deadlines: We try our best to fill most all order timeframe requests for your wedding or other special event (so please inquire if ever a question of your timeframe or deadline before order placement, always include country ship address & creation name for reference). Most 'Made to order' & possibly 'Custom' orders can take up to 6 weeks to create (not including ship time). Unless otherwise specified or noted (one of a kind creations will usually be shipped within a week of order, unless there is a 'Made to order' item on the same order). Orders needed within 2 1/2 weeks within order placement, may need to add on a 'Rush Order fee' of $20, so please inquire before ordering. (OOAK already created will not need a Rush order fee). International orders can take 6-10 days to ship (not including creation time) so No rush orders for International. Also note, there is only one artist who creates all the work upon order. So timeframes could be longer for larger or more intensive Custom Work.
Where are we:We are located in San Francisco California and charge California State tax on customers located in California. The rate is 8.5% We do not have a physical store at this time, but we do vend at the local goth club monthly, and do some yearly shows & festivals. Please refer to the Upcoming shows page for details or contact us directly for upcoming events.

Solicitation / Selling us your product: We are not interested in something you might be selling, sorry, we already have a list of supply companies that we use. And are not interesting in spam or unwarranted solicitation. We also do not readily hand out info about our supplies (ie: where to purchase) as it has taken us years of our own research.
