Order Timeframes / Payments / Deadlines and Shipping:
- One of a Kind/Available creations: These are creations that are already created and ready for shipment. Available creations will be packaged and shipped within 2 weeks of order placement, unless otherwise noted (exception weekends and holidays), or unless ordered with custom or a made to order/gallery altered creation. If any timeframe issues arise beyond the outlined time above, we will contact/update you on the expected shipping date. If you need for a special event PLEASE list your deadline just in case, so that there is no confusion.
- Made to Order, Custom, & Gallery Altered creations: Made to Orders can take up to 2-6 weeks to create not including shipment (unless otherwise noted or a deadline is requested for your special event or gift giving needs). This is not including some larger orders and International shipments which may take longer. Please expect average order timeframes & adjust accordingly. Any rush order deadlines (not including international) please read below.
Payments are made through either the Paypal shopping cart (add to cart buttons), or as an invoice sent via Paypal direct to you. If paying through paypal using an Echeck, please note it may take up to 10 biz days for the check to clear first before our standard order time frames begin.
SHIPPING: - US Shipping: US orders ship out USPS priority mail insured and with delivery confirmation.
International shipping to most countries, will be shipped USPS Priority Mail FLAT RATE only. Please expect longer ship times overseas and adjust accordingly.
- International Shipping: In an attempt to keep International order costs down, we will be trying out USPS priority Mail Flat Rate shipping. International shipping can usually take up to 6-10 business days not including holidays or weekends (also not including the time it takes to possibly create any made to order or custom altered creations. Again, Made to Order/Custom can take 2-6 weeks to create and 6-10 biz days to arrive once shipped. One of a Kind/Available/Already created pieces can take up to 2 weeks to pkg and ship and 6-10 biz days to arrive once shipped). These shipping timeframes are estimations based on info from usps.com. There is no insurance on International orders. International orders may take a little longer then regular US orders, As shipping timeframes may be longer. We are not responsible for for any possible customs, taxes or other fees potentially associated per your country of origin.
- Deadlines: If you are placing an order needed for a Special Event or for gift giving and you desire a specific deadline, PLEASE be sure to specify the deadline Via email during your initial order inquiry or on the Order form within Special Message to seller if placing an order. We will do our best to fulfill most deadline requests within reason.
- Rush Orders: Please INQUIRE. If a Made to Order is required within 2-1/2 weeks of order placement (not including one of a kind already created), then a Rush order fee of $20 may be needed per order or per design, (the rush order fee can be found in the gallery). If creations ordered are large or intensive, or if you are not sure your order request falls under this time frame, please inquire before order placement. The Rush order fee is not a payment for overnight or special shipping costs. Rush order fees are meant to place your Made to order before all other orders that are currently in que. Your order will be placed at the top of the creation list.
CUSTOM ORDERS & Altered Current Gallery Designs:
Have the Following well thought out & Please add the following info to your email when you contact us with your Custom Order or Altered Gallery Creation Inquiries. This will save a lot of time being somewhat prepared beforehand.
1) Design & Measurements (if applicable)
2) Materials: Metals, Colors: Stones/Pearls/Glass
3) Pricepoint (an amount you are willing to invest for your creations)
4) Deadline (Exact Due By, not necessarily the Actual date of your event)
5) Location & Name: Full Mailing addy & Country as well as your full name
6) Include Contact # (times to call) & Working Email addy
(* NOTE: When creating Custom Orders, Made to Order or Altered Designs within the Gallery: Bead, Chain, Stone, Color, Design, Shapes & Cut may vary per creation to ensure a one of a kind creation and supply availability may be limited *)
Contact: After your initial Custom Order inquiry that has included the info above, we will get back with you as long as your inquiry is detailed. We will let you know if your Custom order could be created for the materials you requested within the Pricepoint you've indicated. We apologize as we may not be able to respond to all inquiries but we will do our best. If ever a question, please ask.
WHOLESALE: If you are interested in possibly carrying our designs in your shop, please send us your resale and business information. There is a $250 wholesale minimum on First Wholesale orders and $150 minimum for any follow up orders after that. Headpieces, Circlets, Hats, cd's, and other printed or painted or assemblage art (not including art pendants) are not included in the wholesale pricing. Once we receive the following info, and we have checked out any websites/blog or other sites to verify your intent, we will contact you with wholesale pricing. Please understand most work is one of a kind (hence why we have no physical wholesale catalog), but we are open to creating altered designs based on a possible color scheme or theme you have in mind. Some Gallery Order terms and Platings info:
* Silver-Filled (SF) = Silver-filled is Sterling Silver bonded to a Brass Core. It is a lot more stable & stronger than any Silver plated item, and a beautiful solution to a lower cost creation versus Sterling Silver. Sterling Silver fill is 1/10th Sterling and the value of SF is greater then Sterling plated because Silver-filled has an actual layer of Sterling Silver, not just a microscopic film. I can torch it, and antique it and it looks So beautiful. Saves my hands & wrists unlike Nickle that was really hard on my wrists. Luckily, I can now move away from working with Nickel Silver. Phew.
* One of a Kind / Available = most times refers to already created & currently available if followed by 'One of a Kind'
* Custom, Altered & Made to Order only = Created Upon ORDER as well, you can order a creation in your choice of materials.
* Made to Order only = Made only upon order... Mostly referring to jewelry created from the original design offered in whatever stones listed.. may not include custom inquiries... as supplies may be limited. But depends per design. Made to orders are created In the order they are received unless otherwise requested by a Rush order etc.
* Limited Edition {LE} or Supplies Limited: Self Explanatory - may only have enough supplies to just create one or a few similar.
PLATINGS on the filigrees & stampings:
* Platings on stampings & Filigrees are either 'Silver' plate which is German Silver plate also known as Nickel Silver. So if you have allergies to Nickel Silver, Please avoid stampings & or filigrees or wire stating German Silver or Gunmetal Plate, as both Silvertone/Silver plated & Gunmetal Plate are Nickel Silver (though now they do make Gunmetal plating as well with no nickel or lead. Bronze is a type of Antiqued Brass darker color plating over Iron Base metal. Gun. = Gunmetal / Brs = Brass / Cop = Copper / Fili = Filigree / Stn = Stone / Prl = Pearl / Gls = Glass
* Any terms like: Sterling plated, SS plate, Sterling Plated or YGF (Yellow Gold rolled over Sterling silver wire base) should be fine, unless you have allergies to those materials as well.
* SS, Ant. SS, or Sterling Silver is 92.5% Sterling Silver & 7.5% Copper, this is the Standard for Sterling Silver. 'SS' = Sterling Silver / Ant. = Antiqued and Ant. SS is Sterling Silver that has been hand antiqued with a process of Liver of Sulphur.
* Fine Silver is 99.9% Pure Silver no copper.
* Platings that State Sterling Silver Plated: is indeed sterling silver plated over another basemetal like Copper or Brass (most of the the underlying metal base is brass, which is the underlying base metal used in most of the stampings).
* If you have metal allergies & or allergic skin reactions to non precious or semi precious metals, please avoid the designs created with the following terms: silver plated, silver tone, gunmetal plated, silver tone wire, german silver wirework etc.
