Eyescream Jewelry Guarantees to Never share your personal information (email addresses etc) with anyone else, or any other companies. Any information we collect (ie: email addresses & names & or order information) are collected to better serve your ordering needs. If you would like to be contacted for future sales, or updated site information & or new Jewelry or art lines, please add yourself to the mailing list, or contact us directly. If you wish to not be contacted in the future, please let us know. Any private information that may be entered into your paypal payment through paypal.com, is encrypted so that we never see your personal CC or banking info if applicable. We are only allowed to view your name, email & Mailing info for processing your order.
Customer Guarantee: We guarantee our jewelry to be original, one-of-a-kind, or limited edition creations of the highest quality (nothing mass produced). Each Design is created upon order, so slight variations may occur... which only add to their uniqueness. Each piece is checked before shipped, to assure it is in the best shape when you receive it. We strive to create beautiful substantial pieces, utelizing quality materials, and hand picked & color matched components. Each piece is a Totem Adornment you may enjoy for years to come. Though we are human & from time to time something happens as a result of our construction. In those cases...
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges:
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase for a One of a Kind item (already created item), and would like to send it back, please be sure to email first within 24 hours of receiving your item. Any One of a kind already created items, must have Prior Email return authorization, a return shipping address will be given at that time, then the item must be shipped back insured & in all the original packaging & in unworn, new, resellable condition. Returns of this nature, can be exchanged for like items, or rufunded (minus 10% restock fee, & less shipping & handling is non refundable). Please insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns/packages.
- Sorry, CUSTOM, Customized & 'MADE TO ORDER' are NOT Refundable. Custom work goes through many stages in creation, many emails may be exchanged in the creation process & prior to creation. Also, images are sent for most custom work for final approval before final custom order balances are paid or before any shipments are made, at that time, any other concerns over the design can be discussed before finalization of shipment.
- We will not take return/exchanges on Custom/Altered Work that you were given as a gift from one of our customers. Chances are, the design was ordered & created especially with you in mind from your loved one. If it was a Custom/Altered piece, we treated it as a Custom piece, creating upon order.
- If you ordered the wrong size in necklaces or bracelets, a small fee may be charged for any extension chain lengths, creations may either need to be shipped back for extending, or in some cases, extension chains with clasps may be sent to add on to your current creation for length. A paypal invoice will be sent for extension chain fees. Any items shipped for extending may also be charged a reship fee.
- We Do Not accept Return/Exchanges for Gallery pieces after the specified time frame listed above. We Will NOT accept any Returns that Do not have prior email authorization, so please contact us first before shipping anything back.
- Fabric Chokers, Earrings & Headpieces are not returnable.
- Any 'refunds' will be dealt with through paypal (again, minus 10% restock fee, & less S/H cost).
- Shipping problems: Damaged freight claims must be made with the carrier within 24 hours, Also contact me to let me know of the situation. We are not responsible for any damages due to shipping problems. But if a creation arrives damaged or broken as a result of our work, we will repair at no cost, please contact us to let us know.

Problems or Damage:
- If you ever have any problems with a piece, please email us ASAP so that we can make a speedy repair. (please read further)
- If it comes to you damaged in any way (starting from the outside of the box). You Must contact the carrier within 24 hours to make a damaged freight claim. You will need the Delivery confirmation number given in the original email shipment confirmation. So please retain all email order & shipping confirmations for your records, as these are your order receipts. (none are sent with the item creations).
- It may be the fault of the carrier & action against them may need to be taken.
- If there is a problem early on or the creation comes to you not right, or breaks immediately & to no fault of your own, please contact us immediately & we will repair at no cost. (this hasn't happened knock on wood, but once in a while clasps give out even when they are new, you can never tell).
- If it becomes damaged after normal wear and tear, and over time, we will fix it for a small fee covering parts, labor, & return shipping cost. Further info can be discussed with email contact.
Any repairs will have to be shipped back to me insured & packaged safely. But never ship anything back without prior authorization from Eyescream Jewelry.
Order Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. (this cannot be done if the design has already been shipped and a shipping email confirmation has been sent).
