Have the Following WELL thought out & Please add the following info to your email when you contact us with your Custom Order or Altered Gallery Creation Inquiries. This will save a lot of time being somewhat prepared beforehand.

2. Custom Design
Be as Clear as you can, when you email me with your custom order design ideas. Have a design in Mind. (either a concept for a Design Alteration from the current Gallery Design selections) or an idea, or line drawing, photo etc. If you find Current Designs in the Gallery that you like but would like to Blend a couple different designs & slightly change it to a Brand new design, please send me the URL links cut & pasted into an email along with the names of the designs in question & then list any concept changes you have in mind. This will give me a better idea of what you want.
If you wish to email us with your drawing design idea, or photo etc, DO NOT SEND JPGS/Pics WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION! (All files not authorized will be deleted). Please email first with your idea, I will then send you an appropriate email address for sending pics/jpgs. This ensures files you send are not too large, or unwanted (if soliciting). Thanks.
3. Measurements, Sizes & Proper fit for Headpieces We try to list all measurements & creations sizes when we can, sometimes they are not listed (if ever a question on sizes please email). Bracelet Sizes: Most Bracelets have an average size of about 8" - 8 1/2" & most adjust down to about 6 1/2" - 7". Most all have a drop chain with a dangle so that you can hook into the drop chain for a more comfortable fit. If you have specific sizes needed for your bracelet, please specify on the order form. Most all ring sizes (especially for one of a kinds) will list the ring size in the description. Some of the hand wired (W) ring creations (especially the open spring coil rings like the 'Equalibrium' double ball rings) will be ever so slightly adjustable & may not be an Exact size 7 or size 8. It is hard to gauge these designs by size. I strive to make them the size you specify, but there has to be a small room for the uniqueness of the design to breathe. Equalibrium rings can be slightly tightened or loosened by either pressing the balls directly down onto finger or reversed for loosening. Again, ever so slightly. If ever a question please ask. Average necklace sizes in the Gallery are 16". Sometimes longer like 17"-18" (especially for some larger design creations). If you need longer chains, please check out the 'Chain Extensions' option in the gallery & for special designs, please email. Choker sizes: These are roughly 13" or 13 1/2" up to 16". Most Choker sizes will be listed with the item description per each creation. Circlet and Headchain sizes in the Gallery: Average Circlet or Headchain sizes shown in the gallery are normally around 21" with the option to slightly make it tighter or with the extension chain drop in back, make it slightly larger than 21". Most Circlet bands & some Headchains (depending on design) can be hooked under hair to hide some of the circlet or chain. (you would do this if you want your hair free flowing or done up over the piece. But always remember, you may need to take your hair down before taking off your headpiece & then shimmy the piece out lightly once unhooked. (I usually keep most of my Circlets & Headchains previously hooked to my size & then they are always read for wear. Instead of unhooking I carefully shimmy the piece lightly back & forth through my hair that is down. This may not work for everyone. Headdresses (Wearing them & Proper Fit): Metal Comb in Headdresses, don't really have circumference measurements. As they comb in like a Headband with the side bars behind the ears & then comb back & up into hair (you just slightly lean your head forward first so that the chains & design do not hook onto your nose, you should also put it on while looking in the mirror so that you don't overshoot it). However far back you comb it, is where the design will sit on your head. You decide. *Note: when you take off your headdress, you should always comb it out in reverse (never lifting & never pulling up).
*** CUSTOM ORDER MEASUREMENTS ***
CUSTOM ORDERING NECKLACE, CHOKER, BRACELET & RINGS: Very Important! Please figure out what the measurments for each piece will be (sometimes just a rough estimate will do for designs). Chain Lengths. Design size. How far will a necklace drop down on the chest? Is it a choker? How wide? Would you like a more dainty piece or something with weight. For Custom Bracelets & Or Rings, please specify sizes per each design.
- CUSTOM ORDERING CIRCLETS & HEADPIECES
: I may need the size of your head, which is the circumference around where you would want the chain hooked.(Especially if you know you have a smaller than average headsize or slightly larger than average headsize) Normally I make the chain extension in the back a bit longer so that you can adjust for different hair styles etc. Also, size of design on forehead & or forehead size across & or size from hairline down to the point you prefer, above the eyes & between, or touching the nose.
4. Custom Colors & Metals
*** METALS ***
- Sterling Silver, 14/20 Gold Filled (or 1/20th 14kt Gold Filled, Is made by heat & pressure-bonding a layer of Gold to a brass or base metal core), Copper, Brass, Silvertone / German Silver (nickel silver), Silvertone / silver plated wire (artistic wire with silver plating over copper), Artistic Wire Colors (is a special color coating over copper wire, usually in many colors like black, red, purple, orchid etc. These are Artistic Wire colors) But Artistic Wire colors are not necessarily available for all designs, please inquire first.
*** COLORS ~ Stone/Pearl/Glass ****
- What Colors would you like in your Altered Gallery Design or Custom Creation? Would you like all one color or a color mix? Color options or mixes, range in many different hues as well, so if you have a preference of Light or Dark or Bright colors within Stones, Glass, Pearl options, please specify, if we do not have what you desire, we'll let you know. If you do not know stone names per each color, or are unsure which stones/glass/pearls/crystals etc come in those colors, just tell me the colors you are looking for & I'll let you know what I have in those choices.
{As a side note: The Bridal Mix - could be Fresh Water Pearls, with Clear Glass or Clear Quartz stone with possibly Moonstone, Rainbow Moonstone & or cut crystal}
5. PRICEPOINT for Custom or Altered Gallery Creations
This is Very Important. Please have an amount you are willing to invest in a custom design. If you don't have a clue where to start, go the the Gallery of Decadence & have a look around at designs, & the different metals & stones versus glass used for each design. If you see a design similar to size & materials you are interested in, you will then get an idea of how much something similar would cost.
- Different Materials may make the price go up or down: Although different, or unsual stones, pearls or changing the materials & or Metals etc may make the price go up... cutting the intricacy of a design, substituting materials for less expensive ones, may bring the price down as well. Here are some materials that may bring the price up, switching from a basemetal creation to a Sterling Silver or Gold Filled one. Using Unusual stones, Nicer or larger Pearls, Faceted Stones, Cut Crystals (depends on style), Elaborate designs (more time to create), Torchwork or Soldering sterling or stone set creations, more drippy drops & extras. A Rush Order.
- Unless you would like a custom creation similar to a design already created in the Gallery, but maybe in different stones or colors (which may be considered an Altered Gallery Creation), & in some cases there may already be the option to pick & choose some design alterations from drop down boxes within each item description.
- In some cases I may not be able to quote you a price, especially if I have never made the design before. I will not know how long it will take to create
- this new piece. (please continue reading)
- Letting me know a pricepoint up front, allows me the chance to create the best possible design for that price. Hence, it is a very important facet to the designing of a custom creation. Sometimes you may be getting a Custom piece created that is a prototype for a future design that will be slightly altered later & you may be getting a very good price on the prototype. As later I may have a similar piece created or a bit more in price after I figured out exactly how long it took to create it.
6. Your LOCATION & Contact info
IF you would like to EMAIL a CUSTOM ORDER INQUIRY or are PLACING A CUSTOM ORDER:
Please email us when sending a Custom or other order inquiry. Please state your FULL mailing address including Country & zip or postal code. This info is needed to figure out shipping costs to your destination. If in the US, Please include a working phone # & times we can call you if we need to (and time zone for quick reference/east coast/west cost etc). I rarely need to call, but if I need to speak to you about your design, & can't wait for emails, then the # will be necessary.
A Phone # is necessary for orders shipping through FedEX as well as any orders wishing to pay via CC over the phone. {As Always, We Will NEVER share your personal contact information with anyone else!!!! Guaranteed!!!
7. DEADLINE & RUSH ORDERS
* Deadlines:
- Please TELL ME YOUR DEADLINE in the first email for all basic Email Design Inquiries, Custom Orders, Altered Gallery Orders & Mail Orders. Please specify the nature of your request: if applicable, for weddings, gifts, proms etc Average Orders of Current Gallery Selections (not including, one of a Kinds currently in the gallery or Custom Orders/Altered creations): Usually take between 2 1/2 - 6 weeks (unless otherwise noted), but Custom Orders could take longer... please read.
* Time to Create:
- I do not always have time to take on custom creations. The more I recieve the less time I have. So Please understand that I need adequate time to create one of a kind jewelry. Sometimes I need to order special supplies for an order as well, which also takes time. Time can be anywhere from 2 weeks - a couple months (depending on my schedule & the intricacy of the design). Please let me know your deadline right away & ask if I have time to create your one of a kind custom creation. (which is why it is so necessary to have thorough information on how you want your design to look, allowing me to have some creative freedom can be nice sometimes too. It is really up to you.) It is always best to order your pieces as far in advance as you can. This will save time & be less of a hassle or worry on your end.
* Rush Orders:
- I try my best to work within most all deadline requests within reason. Except Any designs needed within the USA & within 3 weeks or sooner (that are not currently Available/One of a Kind/one off creations) will need to 'Add On' a 'Rush Order Fee' from the Gallery of Decadence, section of the same name. Rush order fees are $20 Per Intricate Creation. (if you do not understand if this applies to you or not, please email with your location, Gallery items in question & deadline you have & I'll let you know if it is do-able.) If you need a speedier standard overnight shipping option, email immediately with the request, the Overnight option is not available through the cart & Prices can be expensive (possibly starting around $26 or more depending on price of piece & location in the US). Plus this can be tricky, let's say you order something in the afternoon or evening & want it the next day. Sorry, it cannot be done. We may not get the order until the following business day from the order placed. Some One of a Kind /one off creations may fair somewhat well with Rush Overnight situations... For all others, it might be best to just chance it with FedEx 3day & tell your loved one that something special is on it's way, they just might have to wait an extra coupla days after their event (that is if you were ordering last minute)
{please note: The 'Rush Order' fee for shipping, is not the same as an OVERNIGHT shipping cost. Most orders are created upon order (unless otherwise noted as a One of a Kind, One off, Currently available already created piece.) So There may not be overnight shipping on ALtered, Made to Order or Custom creations. Sorry, it takes some time to create most works. If you would like a Rush Order with an Overnight shipping or there around,... this may only be possible on the Already created items.
In which case, an amount may need to be added to your order sent via paypal to cover whatever the difference is for overnight shipping rate as calculated per the shipping carrier usually USPS or FedEx.
8. Placing an Order
PAYPAL is our payment of choice. You can pay via paypal checkout easily with a credit card or bank account or current paypal account & I think even checks in some cases via paypal. To utelize a CC with paypal it may not be necessary to sign up with a new paypal account for a one time payment. More details will be known via checkout once you are finalizing your order.
- If you wish to place an order, you can easily place an order using the site's shopping 'Order' buttons & follow through with the order form process which is done through paypal.com. Orders in California will have 8.5% tax rate added.
- You can also place an order via contacting us through the contact page (if you wish to pay by some other means). Please state your Full mailing location, Full name, the item names you wish to purchase, include the prices listed for each creation, list any stone/color/metal or sizing changes to the creation, note your Deadline if applicable for your special event, & let us know how you wish to pay. We will then get back with you with a total including shipping. Tax may be added on to your total if in California.
- If you would like to place an order for a custom design. We may need to go through a few emails to first figure out your design outline. More info is listed near the top of this Faq page.

9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
You cannot place an international order through the online shopping cart unless in the US or Canada.
If you would like to place an order & you are an International buyer, We are currently only shipping to a handful of International countries. If you do not see your country in the Paypal checkout Please send an email Order Request for your order. Include the Item Name, price & gallery section. Include your Full Name, Full mailing address & Country. We accept Email Orders from Great Britain, Ireland, Australia, Netherlands & a few others, just inquire. Please be prepared to pay through Paypal.com or a Money Order sent in US Funds only (timeframes may take longer for Money Order/email orders). Sorry, but all International orders (including Custom Work) Must be paid in full, no deposits are accepted).
We will get back to you with a USPS shipping price for USPS International priority mail.
- Although there are a few countries we will not accept or ship orders to, please email to find out if we ship to you. (we reserve the right to ship to select countries). Eyescream Jewelry is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any extra Duties, fees, customs, vat, taxes or other charges per your countries shipping arrangements. Those possible extra fees are up to the buyer to figure out & deal with on your end.
- Paypal.com payment is preferred for International orders. We will also, only accept a MONEY ORDER IN US FUNDS ONLY sent to us as payment (we will send you our mailing addy for all Money Orders once the order is finalized, International US Money Orders may take up to 10 days to clear the bank.
- CANADA- is included as a location we can ship to for orders that are placed on our site through the shopping cart.
Unfortunately Orders from Canada that wish to pay via a Money Order in US funds will be charged an extra $5 MO cashing fee... as our bank charges us this amount to attempt to cash or deposit any Money Orders from Canada. I swear, banks are always looking to get more money out of us. So sorry, but this is the case, so please expect an extra $5 added on to your order total. Our apologies for this inconvenience.
* International Priority Mail ship costs
- Usually start around $24-$26 & go up per insurance amount (add about another $1 per $100 to cover insurance and or weight). So it depends on the final total of your order (placing a large order might also shift the weight of your order or raise the cost of insurance). All orders are shipped insured. This is to protect us as well as protecting your valuable shipment.
- Unfortunately we cannot ship regular International First Class mail (the least expensive ship method) as it does not allow adding on any insurance amounts, & we Must ship insured for protection. {We will Not put 'Gift' on the customs form, so please do not ask}. We will send you an email with important shipping info details. Most orders (after creation time) and once finalized & ready to ship. Can take up to 6-10 Business days to arrive (not including weekends or holidays). Please be sure your Full Name, Mailing address, Country & Postal Code are ALL CORRECT. We cannot be responsible for orders that are shipped back as a result of improper shipping addresses. If for some reason your shipment does not get there by the 10th business day from shipment. Please take the shipment email info to your local post or shipping location, as they have been known to sometimes hold shipments in some customs or other offices.
10. SHIPPING & Order timeframes, options, costs etc:
Most all orders can take up to 6 weeks to create (not including ship time) unless otherwise noted. The otherwise noted part, is if you specify an exact due by deadline needed for your wedding, birthday or other special event or gift giving. We always try to fill all deadline requests. Sometimes it is harder to do on Custom designs that might be more intensive, or on larger orders, especially during busy seasons. Please use your best judgement when placing an order. Try your best to order long before your deadline is due. (that is, to the best of your ability). So please be patient, if you've listed a deadline, it will be noted on the order outline. If you need a creation (that is a not a one of a kind) needed before 2 1/2 weeks, you may need to add on a rush order fee. (always inquire before ordering to make sure we can fill your exact deadline, if ever a worry).
USPS Priority Mail:
-
We ship USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day (times may vary closer to holidays) insured & with delivery confirmation. Rates start at $7.50 & go up about $1-$2 depending on total amount of your order. This amount covers shipping & Handling as well as Insurance & Delivery confirmation.
Other shipping desires:
- We also use FedEx Express 3 day service. Rates usually start around $18 & go up depending on total cost & Insurance, rates also include Signature Confirmation (which costs around $2 just for a signature). Again this is to protect us as well as the customer.
- FedEx or USPS standard overnight... rates for Fedex start around $26 or more. And USPS standard overnight start around $20 or more depending on total cost. (not including a seperate rush order creation fee of $20 for made to order (non-one of a kind creations.)
The above shipping quotes are for US only shipments.
- International ship costs are USPS Priority Mail International insured 6-10 business days (not including weekends & or creations times) and can start around $24 on up.
11. PAYMENTS via CC, MO, Paypal for Custom, Altered or Email/Mail Orders
*** PAYMENT For CUSTOM & ALTERED DESIGNS***
- Please be expected to pay at Least Half or Full Cost upfront as a deposit. (Unless you just want a Custom/Altered Creation of an already existing Gallery design but you would like it altered with your own stone/color choices.) Then please be expected to pay full price up front.
- Special Note: Once I receive half payment, I will begin creating your custom creation... at that point, I have begun your order & you may not cancel your order. If in the event you must Cancel your Custom Order & I have already Received partial payment & begun your order. Understand You Will NOT receive any Refunds! You will forfeit what you have already paid out to cover my supply costs & time.
* PAYMENT through Paypal~
- I prefer to use PAYPAL for All Custom Orders (unless you are getting a current design in the gallery that just has a color/stone or glass change, & are going through the shopping cart) it is fast & easy & the payment is instant, the quicker I receive payment, the quicker I can get your order into the loop & begin creating. When it is time to pay with paypal & when we figure out totals & shipping charges, I will email back with my paypal payment info.
- Once I recieve the deposit, I will begin to create the Custom Order. Once finished, I usually take pics of the Custom design & email them to you before shipping unless otherwise specified.
- At that point the total amount remaining on the balance of the creation will be due at the time the creation is finished & your final invoice is emailed. Once the balance owed is received, your custom creation will be shipped & on it's way. You will receive another email with important shipment info. Which it is so important to include a current working email account with your order.
MONEY ORDER payments for E-MAIL ORDER:
- We also except Money Orders through the Mail. First email with your custom inquiries (& all appropriate Custom Order questions answered from above), once we have your order figured out & your shipping option has been chosen. I will email back with a mailing addy to send the Money Order to. All Money Orders will be made out to: EYESCREAM (not eyescream jewelry... Just EYESCREAM)
- Note: PLEASE MAKE SURE, you sign & date the Money Order & fill out everything you need to. As well as including an order note outlining what the payment is for (item names & Prices if from the Gallery) or a brief description of the custom order including any color choices & chain lengths if necessary. Also include your Full name, Mailing Address, Contact # & Email Address. Please do not just send the MO payment without an order note with all your contact info for reference. thanks.
- Money Orders can only be in US FUNDS only, International orders wishing to pay with a US Money Order.Custom Order Payment Deposit (must be PAID IN FULL) sorry no partial payments or splitting of payments (for those of you overseas Full Payment must be made first). Please understand that it may take up to 10 days for it to clear with the bank before beginning your creation & or shipping.
- Web Orders placed through the shopping cart are self explanatory & payments are made online at the end of your ordering via paypal.com
12. Customer Guarantee
Customer Guarantee: We guarantee our jewelry to be original, one-of-a-kind, or limited edition creations of the highest quality (nothing mass produced). Each Design is created upon order, so slight variations may occur... which only add to their uniqueness. Each piece is checked before shipped, to assure it is in the best shape when you receive it. We strive to create beautiful substantial pieces, utelizing quality materials, and hand picked & color matched components. Each piece is a Totem Adornment you may enjoy for years to come. Though we are human & from time to time something happens as a result of our construction. In those cases...
13. Returns, Exchanges, or other Problems:
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges:
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase for a One of a Kind item (already created item), and would like to send it back, please be sure to email first within 24 hours of receiving your item. Any One of a kind already created items, must have Prior Email return authorization, a return shipping address will be given at that time, then the item must be shipped back insured & in all the original packaging & in unworn, new, resellable condition. Returns of this nature, can be exchanged for like items, or rufunded (minus 10% restock fee, & less shipping & handling is non refundable). Please insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns/packages.
- Sorry, we cannot take return/exchanges on Custom/Altered Work that you were given as a gift from one of our customers. Chances are, the design was ordered & created especially with you in mind from your loved one. If it was a Custom/Altered piece, we treated it as a Custom piece, creating upon order.
- If you ordered the wrong size in necklaces or bracelets, a small fee may be charged for any extension chain lengths, creations may either need to be shipped back for extending, or in some cases, extension chains with clasps may be sent to add on to your current creation for length. A paypal invoice will be send for extension chain fees. Any items shipped for extending may also be charged a reship fee.
- We Do Not accept Return/Exchanges for Gallery pieces after the specified time frame listed above. We Will NOT accept any Returns that Do not have prior email authorization, so please contact us first before shipping anything back.
- Sorry, CUSTOM, Customized & 'MADE TO ORDER' are NOT Refundable. Custom work goes through many stages in creation, many emails may be exchanged in the creation process & prior to creation. Also, images are sent for most custom work for final approval before final custom order balances are paid or before any shipments are made, at that time, any other concerns over the design can be discussed before finalization of shipment.
- Fabric Chokers, Earrings & Headpieces are not returnable.
- Any 'refunds' will be dealt with through paypal (again, minus 10% restock fee, & less S/H cost).
- Shipping problems: Damaged freight claims must be made with the carrier within 24 hours, Also contact me to let me know of the situation. We are not responsible for any damages due to shipping problems. But if a creation arrives damaged or broken as a result of our work, we will repair at no cost, please contact us to let us know.
~ Our goal is to exchange, modify, or repair if necessary.
All prices are in U.S.dollars, U.S. funds only! Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
Problems or Damage:
- If you ever have any problems with a piece, please email us ASAP so that we can make a speedy repair. (please read further)
- If it comes to you damaged in any way (starting from the outside of the box). You Must contact the carrier within 24 hours to make a damaged freight claim. You will need the Delivery confirmation number given in the original email shipment confirmation. So please retain all email order & shipping confirmations for your records, as these are your order receipts. (none are sent with the item creations).
- It may be the fault of the carrier & action against them may need to be taken.
- If there is a problem early on or the creation comes to you not right, or breaks immediately & to no fault of your own, please contact us immediately & we will repair at no cost. (this hasn't happened knock on wood, but once in a while clasps give out even when they are new, you can never tell).
- If it becomes damaged after normal wear and tear, and over time, we will fix it for a small fee covering parts, labor, & return shipping cost. Further info can be discussed with email contact.
Any repairs will have to be shipped back to me insured & packaged safely. But never ship anything back without prior authorization from Eyescream Jewelry.
Order Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. (this cannot be done if the design has already been shipped and a shipping email confirmation has been sent).
14. Can I add chain length & or an extension chain to a creation?
Yes, 'extension chains' & or to 'add chain length' in either Sterling or Basemetal for a current creation or Custom/Made to Order piece... can be found here: Extension Chain
15. PLATINGS on the filigrees & stampings:
* Platings:
Most Plating on the stampings & Filigrees are either 'Silver' plate which is German Silver plate also known as Nickel Silver. So if you have allergies to Nickel Silver, Please avoid stampings & or filigrees or wire stating German Silver or Gunmetal Plate, as both Silvertone/Silver plated & Gunmetal Plate are Nickel Silver.
- Platings that State SS or Sterling Silver Plated... is indeed sterling silver plated over another basemetal like Copper or Brass (most of the the underlying metal base is brass, which is the underlying base metal used in most of the stampings).
- So to recap. If you have metal allergies & or allergic skin reactions to non precious or semi precious metals, please avoid the designs created with the following terms: silver plated, silver tone, gunmetal plated, silver tone wire, german silver wirework etc. If ever a question, please ask.
- Any terms like: Sterling plated, SS plate, Sterling Plated or YGF (Yellow Gold rolled over Sterling silver wire base) should be fine, unless you have allergies to those materials as well.
16. Will you do a Custom Cast piece for me?
- Sorry, We do not have the proper facility or equipment to produce casted pieces for custom orders on demand. Although we may carry some cast work designs on the site. Some are specially made for our company. So Please do not ask for and custom cast work. Thanks.
17. Will you create something with my own materials?
- We'd prefer not to, but it really depends on the piece in question as well. So no on average, but we may make an acception to the rule depending on the piece.
18. Why won't you create this Custom Creation for me?
If we will not create a Custom Creation design for you based on your inquiry or design...
Here are some of the following reasons:
- You have asked for something that we are not willing to create (ie: duplicate someone elses designs which we will not do. (anothers work can inspire but shouldn't be duplicated).
- We may not have the technical experience or proper equipment/materials to create.
- We do not work in gold, diamonds or some other Precious stones.
- Maybe you have not had a look around the site to see what type of work we do & have asked for something that is a far leap in technique or materials from what we already do. (please have a look around the site before asking about custom as it may not be something we would create to begin with. - Maybe your project is Very time consuming... & it may be a busy time of year or season and we may not be able to fit such a project in the schedule.
- In some cases if we cannot, we may know of someone else who could do it, and may send you their info. But this is not always the case.
19. Glossary of Abbreviations & Supply Meanings?
{these abbrev. & terms may be obvious to most... but just in case...}
- One of a Kind / Available = most times refers to already created & currently available if followed by 'One of a Kind' ...
- Custom, Altered & Made to Order only = Created Upon ORDER as well, you can order a creation in your choice of materials.
- Made to Order only = Made only upon order... Mostly referring to jewelry created from the original design offered in whatever stones listed.. may not include custom inquiries... as supplies may be limited. But depends per design.
- Limited Edition {LE} or Supplies Limited: Self Explanatory - may only have enough supplies to just create one or a few similar.
- For stones/pearls/glass & or metal...Most abbreviations may be found within the drop down boxes for choosing metal or stone colors for jewelry designs. Also SKU#'s.. some abbreviations you might see look like this {not listed in any order}:

- YGF = Yellow Gold Filled / Gold Filled
- Brs or GerS = Brass & German Silver
- Fac. = Faceted (multi cut stones/pearls or glass}

- Clasp = a type of hook that closes shut... usually lobster clasps & spring clasps.

20. Where do you get . . .
Sorry, All Inquiries email or otherwise, asking us where we get our supplies, findings etc. Will Not be answered. While we appreciate your interest & or lovely comments on the work. Please do not be offended when we DO NOT respond to inquiries on personal supply info. This info has been collected over years of research & trial & error & or lots of supplies have been collected over the years from locations where findings no longer exist.
In other words, we are not interested in giving out info that took us work & time to collect. As a small business, we may seem more accessible. But you would not be inquiring the same info of a big business, and they would not be giving you the info either. Sorry, you must do your own research.
21. Wholesale:
Sorry, there is no wholesale ordering at this time. Unless you are already a current wholesale customer, I do not have time to take on any new wholesale clients. Thanks.

As a side note: {If you are here placing an order for my work or having me Custom create a design for you, chances are your order is not an impulsive decision... hence you know what you are getting into. I am an Artist, creating wearable totem art for you to enjoy. I expect that once you place an order for one of my creations, that you are honest in your transactions & truly understand the term 'Follow through' in terms of your actions. I want to be clear on my thoughts about impulsiveness & honest shoppers... also note that this is still a small business working toward greatness).

Eyescream Jewelry Guarantees to Never share your personal information (email addresses etc) with anyone else, or any other companies. Any information we collect (ie: email addresses & names & or order information) are collected to better serve your ordering needs. If you would like to be contacted for future sales, or updated site information & or new Jewelry or art lines, please add yourself to the mailing list, or contact us directly. If you wish to not be contacted in the future, please let us know. Any private information that may be entered into your paypal payment through paypal.com, is encrypted so that we never see your personal CC or banking info if applicable. We are only allowed to view your name, email & Mailing info for processing your order.
